When I was 9 or 10 I came up with my first Sonic fan character. I always thought Amy Rose was a cat and had just found out she wasn't and was very deeply shocked lol I was also super into Sonic Heroes and Digimon Adventure so I basically drew Amy Rose as a purple cat with a dark purple dress and the Crest of Light symbol on her chest because...Gatomon. Is a cat.
I've tried redesigning her a lot since then but was never happy UNTIL NOW. I'm finally mostly happy with her design and managed to make her look more original whilst also giving her those cute purple-tipped white ears like Gatomon hehe Toyed with changing her colour but said screw it, I came up with her before I knew about Blaze. Who is my favourite Sonic character now.
