Scientists discovered a new cell from nightmares caused by a strange dog (Dreemurr).
They decided to take the cell of a Lucario and modify it depending on their dreams.
The lead scientist had nightmares about Anubis. This altered the cell without them knowing and they combine it with the dog cell. The cell mutates and grows into Lucio.
Lucio is looked down on and hit around because she is called a freak.
Her fur is different.
She is oddly short (to scale the size of a Riolu)
She was the last cell of his kind. The only other cell like hers is her Midnight Lycanroc friend, Reiko.
They count on each other. They one day stumble upon Dreemurr and his friends and soon finds out that Dreemurr is her father.
