A small grammar error, not that i am great with grammar but i couldnt help noticing: "before the queen of thorns found us" This implies that they already have been discovered.
I think you ment "before the queen of thorn finds us.". meaning they have yet to be discovered.
Anyway. FINALY Cricket gets a talking too. She been tossing herself into danger sins the start and now someone got hurt. Girl needs to be more carefull.
