I rarely use my tablet to do stuff like this, because I always find it rather difficult and awkward. It's a damn shame, because that means I don't get much practice with digital art, and I aspired to be a really good digital painter when I first started out.
Anyway, he's some sort of priest in training or wizard or whatever. I don't know. I just wanted to design a costume. Wasn't supposed to be any species in particular, but he looks like a cat, so that's what I'm putting him down as.
