This is a drawing I started a while ago of my fursona Bella. Hamsters usually don't eat their food right when they find it/get it. They will stuff their cheeks full, and then go back to their burrows to store it and eat it there.
In the wild, hamsters are very small and easy to catch prey. So if they were to eat their food when they found it, they would be vulnerable to enemy predators.
I'm pretty proud of this piece, it took me a while. Enjoy!
