Very nice work on this, I really like your TFs and their style!
As for the second panel; I don't see anything wrong with it. I can really appreciate - in fact, respect! - when someone portrays TF with anatomical accuracy! I see it as an interesting idea on how a beak TF could look like.

why. people!! if you want be bird this what could happen.. you have face it.. even i hate my beak transformation but i have deal with it because it so good..even

Honestly I may be in the minority here but I think the beak/teeth hybrid in the middle is cool enough that it could be its own design on a fantasy animal. How rad would that be on a griffin or hippogriff, to mix the cat or horse teeth with a beak? As part of a TF piece though it's a natural middle ground and as somebody who' all about fun body horror I really like it.
