I know exactly which toll you ran. There's only one in Delaware on I-95. I usually skip it by getting on the interstate after it, but once I had a absent-minded moment and got on before it. With no money.

I told the lady I knew I'd have to pay a charge and she said 'You know it's $25 right?'

I never got the bill, so she must have not reported it.
