Story:
"Shepard, Diesel. Please come to my office regarding the escape attempt made by one of our prisoners last night!"
The two guard dogs enter the wardens office and stand to attention in front of the Great Dane.
"You boys did a fantastic job, stopping that little sneaky Conner from getting out. Our reputation could have been stained if not for both of your quick actions. I have no idea how he managed to hack the security cameras before he made his attempt or how you boys manged to spot him in the act while there was no footage available, but I will reward you both with this treat for your efforts!"
The warden throws both guards a bone to gnaw on.
Diesel snaps it up "Thank you sir. We were both just dong out job and if there is anything else you need from us, just ask?" he says with his slobbering, bone filled maw.
"Actually Diesel... there is!
We decided it would be a good idea to transfer Conner to a more secure facility. Ours is meant for the bigger guys, so it would take a lot of work to ensure its security against a slippery little git like that. Conner himself was oddly enthusiastic about this decision to move, saying, and I quote "I would do anything to get out of this hell hole and away from those savage cops, Diesel and Shepard".
I want the two of you to be responsible for his transfer. Think you can keep him secure for the next two days until he reaches his new home at the Feathers Asylum because hes clearly insane if he is talking bad about you boys! He wont be fitting through the bars at that place ha haaa. If there's anyone I trust its you two!"
Shepard still gnawing on his bone treat looks up. "Yes sir, we will keep an eye on him from now until then, working overtime to ensure this prisons clean reputation remains intact."
And with that the dogs leave the Warden Danes office.
"Hay Shep. You thinking what I'm thinking." "I think so Diesel... one last farewell gift for that lil ring tailed rat. Tell the other guards to put him in cuffs and get him in the back of my vehicle... I know just the place to go."
The door to Conners cell opens and the other guards escort him to the police vehicle in chains.
Conner is pushed into the back seat and wonders why the guards have left him locked in the car at this time?
His ears prick up to some chatting just outside with the sound of keys being passed over. Both the back and driver door open to revealing that both Shepherd and Diesel will be his new escorts!
Shepard sits in the drivers seat and turns on the ignition before mockingly saying "Well well Conner! We meet again and so soon after your little incident. How about we go for a scenic drive to show you all the freedom your missing out on!?"
Conners heart skips a beat. He begins to bang on the window "Hay let me out... I'm not supposed to be be going out for another two days... HELP. POLICE BRUTALITY!!!" Shepard turns the radio music up Diesel puts his arm around Conners neck and pulls him away from the window and puts hes maw close to Conners ear. "How about we get to know each other a bit for the journey, Id like to know what made you become a thieving little rat? Perhaps youl be able to convince us to let you go!"
Conners ears fold back "I was once a struggling artist. I tried to make some money via my Pawtreon but I couldn't get enough donations to afford the food and the rent so I had to steal and sell things on FleaBay. Im realy not a bad guy. I promise not to say anything bad about you guys if we just go back now... Please!?"
Shepard adjusts his rear view mirror to look into Conners widening eyes. "Aww my achy breaky heart weeps for you." The car comes to a stop in what looks like the middle of a vast desert track with not a single person or building for miles. "You wont get the chance to tell our warden anything and you wont be seeing your old cell again. We will be holding you for the next couple of days straight! Diesel pass his legs through under the headrests. I'm gonna lock them down to keep his feet in place. It will make it easier to tickle him if he cant kick about like last time"!
Still cuffed, Conner struggles but is no match for the buff guards who easily over power him and force him into position.
Diesel puts Conner in a tight head lock and whispers close to his ear "Looks like the only art you'll be making over the next couple of days is a laughter track just for us!" Conner can hear the excitement in his voice despite the loud radio tunes. Shepard reaches round to pull Conners toes back, keeping him firmly in place. "We know exactly how ticklish you are and nod now we have two long days to abuse you. Don't worry. We wont leave any marks on your delicate little body. Cant have you looking bad for your new home.. Well no visible marks anyway!"

You know me so well. I love that car tickling, especially when the feet are stuck on the headrests like that. ^^
Way too rare a pose, if you ask me.
Seems like the poor raccoon's transport is going to take much longer than usual! Let's hope the guards at his new prison don't grow impatient, or they may punish him for it!
Fortunately, he was placed in good hands. Look how vigilant they are with their prisoners. They even check for wounds and hidden weapons between their toes. ^^
Not that anyone could resist peeking at his toes. Dem plush soles! Even Shepard seems to be unable to restrain himself from giving them a wet slobbering lick. Look at his tongue, you know he's taking inspiration from Diesel's actions.
Loving that ear lick, btw. Having stopped to enjoy touching him once more and the licky licks make the doberman and the german shepherd seem really into their victim.
(And fuck, their feet are hot too. If you got so much demand for them to get a revenge tickle pic last time, the demands will only double now.)
So, what next? Rare as sequels are for you, I think this series deserves to be a trilogy. After all, no doubt all your fans will want to know Conner is being well taken care of at his new prison. Diesel and Shepard will no doubt inform their colleagues how to best provide for his needs.

At least they can leave him knowing that his need have been well and truly met for his first day. Those hard working dogs are doing overtime to ensure it.
I think Diesel has always been the teaser. He saw a target the moment he got him in a rear headlock and saw those ears fold back. A quick glance in the mirror will show Shep all the inspiration he needs to make full use of his own targets.
Lets hope they are never in a situation where they have to rat one another out for bad behavior, otherwise who knows what could happen!

Bad little Raccoon desserve a bad little punishment , they two seem take pleasure in tease his poor sole . Plus this restraining position is perfect for a great view and exposition for a good "teasing" and keep the toes back will certainly make the session more fun :3.....

Oh definitely some police brutality going on here! Not that the audience minds... Let me just sneak a stealth drone near there for some choice angles! It's hard to get this sort of pose to work properly, I have tried with a commission but the angle didn't quit work out. I also have quite frankly no idea where the rest of the dobermans lower body is, the visual spectacle is appreciated though.
The head-lock keeping his manacled hands away from doing anything about the situation is cute, although seriously, a dog's slobbery tongue is going to create the WORST wet willie situation ever. Definitely need to electrocute the heck out of these two meanies sometime! XD.

Most standard police cars dont have a separation mesh. Its probably why theses boys chose to have at least one of them in the back to ensure nothing goes wrong. Safety first ^^

Hehehe, fair point! Still, hoping for some payback for these sillies. Nonetheless, it is unfortunately true for this cute raccoon that... well he's cute, very sensitive and somewhat deserves that level of attention if only for his well-deserving assets... that wet-willie is horrible though! Bad dog! XD

The head rest thing has been an idea Ive sat on for some time now. Ive seen it and used it myself before but Ive not seen it art yet so I think it might just be an intimidating angle and position to pull off.
The chance to be the first to a premise like this was just too good to pass so it was just a matter of finding the right characters for the job.

I can't help but feel sorry for Conner. Not for the situation he's in now but his backstory on why he became a thief. Being a struggling artist can be a hard life but he only stole food and rent money, never hurt anyone or killed. I think he deserves a better life and a supportive family. And he'll learn how to love tickles when he's on the other side of the feather.
How very supportive. Hes certainly getting a crueler punishment then necessary but hes in bad paws right now so no amount of pleading or sad back stories will cut him any slack. It will probably be a relatable situation for many artists here who struggle to get the recognition they deserve.

Damn, they definitely crossed the line by teasing their prisoner's ears like that, let alone nibbling and licking his toes (it's implied, isn't it?). This is as hot and devious as these cops are corrupted, they couldn't pretend the previous incident was just a prank anymore and they didn't have any ulterior motives. It doesn't seem to be their first (or second, to be exact) time either, what if they used to have such experiences back at the Academy? It makes me wonder if they have the same interest in each other and simply take it out on helpless prisoners (well, maybe it's because I certainly have an interest in them both, haha). Or is it just an example of exemplary teamwork? : ) But either way, Conner is likely to remember these two for a long time.
They have a way of leaving an impression dont they.

They do! As much as I want these cops to be punished for their brutality the exact same way they treated the poor raccoon, I have to admit Conner will probably never violate any law after his 'interaction' with the police, not even speed limits. I'd like to think they'd do something for him to make up for their abusive behaviour though... Sorry for being sentimental, he's so sweet (sweet enough for the doberman to lick and suck), his sad story touched my heart. : )
You know, it's really a random comment to make, but just looking at this again. The perspective here is very very nicely done. Just having the steering wheel and rear view mirror blurred slightly and in the foreground REALLY add a lot. Makes the characters look a fair distance away, gives a good view of everything. Including the car setting, which is also incredibly detailed and very well done. I don't think it deserves to be understated, it is really nice!
Every little detail counts towards the final product... Even if its not something people recognize at a glance.
Good to see some are taking it all in though. I try to reward the keen eyes out there when I can. Sure its way more effort then is necessary but it helps my art stand out a little more.

It really does! Every little detail comes together and really goes a long way in the end! I admire the effort in giving attention to detail and really adding more to the scene. It's extra effort beyond the 'most appealing' part of the picture and it's always a good show of talent! And it just goes to show that you've got a lot of it, even the car setting looks fantastic and I mean that~
