It's a bit complicated without revealing things others are not yet aware of. The yellow orb is the same one Shasha was handing before.

The red crystal is a natural one, a larger research sample. It's the same as the one glowing in her necklace. They don't usually glow on their own without being energized somehow.. she's noting that it glows brighter when between Phina and the drive sphere. The one between her breasts glows as her body conducts the energy too.
Of note, Phina's wings are absorbing the excess energy Feild of the drive crystal.. simply the red crystals are in the way of that energy transfer too.
