I really get a kick out of this one though because of it's simple pacing. Once Cooper Sr. shows up, he starts enforcing rules that are usually not a problem in other towns where they have self control. Pretty much has to come up with an excuse to take Bob's "Medicine" away even though it's not a big deal.

It's never clear what he's really smoking either, most of the time it's a special blend for cats. Villy is always drinking something from a Coffee cup, but it's not always coffee, it's usually hard cider, hard kombucha or mead that he made himself. He's become a big suppler of intoxicating brews that spawns most of the problems Cooper has with him.
