Something I commissioned from  Karno, to introduce my character.

See, when everyone thinks of a vigilante who confronts the evils that society would rather ignore, or is too powerful to handle at all, they always think of people like the Punisher or Jonah Hex. Someone who's tall, burly, heavily muscled with a decent set of brains to outsmart and outwit the scum they go to war against.

Of course, not everyone is blessed with such strength, and criminals are usually stronger than the good guys. When muscles are lacking, the mind may compensate. It is a very useful tool when honed properly and sharpened regularly. And with enough time and effort, the body will also become strong as well.

Case in point, Nigel found himself disturbed by a spate of kidnappings in which women were snatched up without a trace. In response, he put his mind to work.

He analysed the news reports, and found that most of the victims were attractive females from the upper class.

Searching online for more info, he discovered their social media pages. Found that a good deal of them desired stardom, celebrity status. How better to achieve such goals than as a model? Singer or Athlete? Among other career choices.

After hacking into their social media and email accounts, along with sneaking into their houses and analyzing their belongings. He discovered a pattern. Most of them had been in contact with a certain talent agency who promised them a chance for all the ambitions they ever wanted. This made Nigel bristle, fully aware of how slave traffickers exploit the desperation of people. But it was not enough.

He took note of how the kidnappings occurred at night, in which the boarding schools that these young women attended, along with their homes where they lived were broken into. He made a list of all the women in town who would be targeted, and established surveillance to monitor their homes and institutions. Sure enough, all videos showed proof of suspicious, shady characters in the vicinity of where they lived, constantly watching the young ladies. Worse fears were confirmed when one of the creeps grabbed one of the girls being monitored, dragged her into an alley, then an unmarked van would pull up and the crook would load her into the van and speed off in the dead of night. Now to catch one of these scumbags.

One such kidnapping gets interrupted, he grills the mook and gets a location of one of their hideouts, raids the place and wastes anyone who so much as looks at a gun in his presence, grills some more people for access to their computers and storage media, and learns of who is responsible for the entire racket. Only thing that was missing is where they keep their victims. So rather than cut through their operation one cockroach at a time, he decides to hunt down the head honcho. And like most people, he saves the best for last.

So now he's got the big boss in his clutches, and it's way overdue for squeezing. You'd be surprised as to what you can get your hands on when you indulge in a good "smash and grab".
