So one of my leaders at work just got married, & our manager would tease him (all in good fun), describing marriage as ‘the ball & chain’. If marriage to anyone is a ball and chain, being married to Edina is an anvil. Nice to him, but she can be very clingy, & craves his words of affirmation.
