Macro March is in full swing and its mysterious propensity to gigantify furs, and their immediate surroundings, is still poorly understood. A crack team of storm chasers, devoted only to pursuing storms of the Macro kind, are on the case though!
As we near the end of March it's about time I start sharing what I have to show for it! And that happens to be a story commissioned by none other than one of the biggest best wolves and heroes around,
KingDead! Per his wishes I'll be posting a chapter a day until the story is complete.
I hope you enjoyed reading it as I certainly enjoyed writing it! Here's the finale.

Chapter 6
"LITTLE BUDDOOOMPH!" Rick cried out once more before he found himself cut off as the light faded.
Lukas groaned when he tumbled free from the fennec shaped impression left in the passenger side door. With a flop he landed back in his seat. His legs, kicked out across the dashboard and sprawled atop the laptop dock, twitched errantly. "That could've gone better," he mumbled.
Eyes wide, and cheeks burning bright, Rick peered down at the rumpled feline sprawled across his bare chest. And more importantly... at those whiskered lips accidentally locked against his own. In silence they held their kiss for much longer than was necessary.
With some hesitation, the raccoon pulled his head back before crushing Brook in a monstrous bear hug. "Brook! You're okay! I thought we'd lost you in... well... me!"
Tail flicking behind him, Brook blushed at the copious cuddles Rick doled out. "I thought so too! N-not that it would have been the worst way to go scary as it was..."
"O-o-oh? W-well looks like Macro March hit you at just the right time!" the raccoon exhaled in bashful relief. His broad palm rubbing along Brook's back, Rick took stock of the damage done. The seats and center console were in ruins. Visors, on both the driver's and passenger's sides, had been snapped apart. Cracks splintered across the speedometer along with everything else contained within the dashboard. "Same could be said for the van! Heck, I can actually fit in it again!" Rick noted to his delight.
Rolling his shoulders, pained pops sounding out when he did so, Lukas pulled his seat back up as far as it was able and flipped open the laptop. "Phewwwwwwwwwwwww," he sighed while he dragged his arm across his brow. "We're back online at any rate!"
Exhausted from his near-death experience, Brook tiredly let his head come to rest against one of the raccoon's pillowy pectorals. "Just how big you think we ended up?"
"Only one way to find out!" Rick smirked as he reached to open the door.
"M-m-maybe not in the middle of the storm?" Lukas pleaded over the booms of thunder outside. The newfound lack of windows put the fox on edge. "We can see how we measure up after we've exhausted it for everything its worth."
Chin resting atop Brook, nuzzling him gently with his scruff, Rick squinted at the battered gas gauge. A quarter of a tank remained. "Truuuue. And it’s not like we'll ever get another chance to experience the heart of it! Buckle up, boys! I-if you can, I mean."
Lukas fumbled with the unspooled strip of cloth dangling down from his side of the vehicle before swatting his hands at the air. "The airbags still work, right?" he grumbled.
"Sure hope so," Brook worriedly replied.
"Good enough," the fennec shrugged.
"How bout you, little buddy? Ain't much left of your spot here between us on the center console," asked Rick.
"That's okay. Here is fine," Brook shyly mewled from where he continued to slowly sink into the raccoon's enormous chest.
Lips curled up into a goofy smile, Rick couldn't help but nod. "Then we're off!" he shouted triumphantly as he turned the keys to the ignition. It silently turned with little fanfare. "Annnnnd we're off!" the raccoon decreed once more as weak whirrs sounded out from beneath the hood. "Annnnnnnnd third time's the charm!" Rick all but begged as the van sputtered to life.
"So where all you think this magic to Macro March is gonna be captured in our measurements?" Brook offered to Lukas as he curled his hand around one of Rick's massive fingers.
"Hard to say..." the fennec hummed aloud. He bounced around in his seat as the vehicle rolled along the landscape. "We all seemed to grow in concert to the lightning strikes. Maybe there's something in the air, or the concentration of the ions, that contributes to it? We won't know, if at all, until we look over the data."
"We got time!" Rick confidently bellowed. "I can't wait to see the looks on everyone back in town! We got a hell of a story to share with them!"
As the storm chasers nodded in agreement, the residents of the nearby subdivision shielded their eyes. Gaze turned upwards, people couldn't help but regard the approaching twin suns with a sense of wonder and dread. A low buzz, and the cloying stench of diesel, accompanied their advance. Pulling up their blinds, people gasped when they realized those celestial bodies were but the headlights of a vehicle. With bated breaths they trembled while its horizon spanning scale came into view and those tires, stretching up past the sky, rolled on towards them.
"Wonder if we'll get any bigger still?" Rick’s deific voice, booming from the clouds, giggled.
"Who knows? I-I mean it does look pretty good on you…” Brook trailed off.
“Aughhhhhhhhhhhh,” Lukas groaned. “I just realized. We’re gonna get friggin’ Reacclimated aren’t we?”
“Awww it ain’t all bad,” Rick teased. “There’s worse fates, I’m sure! Just gotta look on the bright side,” the raccoon rumbled as a speck sized subdivision unknowingly disappeared beneath the grooves of their tires.
