My terms of service for adopts is fairly simple.

+ If you show interest in an adopt and choose to comment that you'd like to claim them, you have 24 hours from that point to respond to my comment and note me; If there is no response after 24 hours, your comment will be hidden, and I'll place the adopt back up for sale.
+ I am willing to hold adopts for new customers for up to a week ; Customers who have purchased from me in the past, whether on a hold or not, may request a longer hold, up to a month, if needed.
+ You are free to make minor alterations to designs such as small color changes, gender changes, etc. Please keep them at least somewhat recognizable though.
+ You are free to name your adopt whatever you like. Names I give them are just for my file records.
+ You are free to resell adopts bought from me for the price you bought them for, as listed in this invoice. They may be resold for more if they have additional art.
+ Please do not claim my designs as your own. Credit for designs is not required, but if you'd like to credit me, it goes to Candyspacestars on Deviant Art, Furaffinity, or Instagram, base credit is listed on this post.
