I commissioned this during Halloween as a tribute to one of my most favorite Childhood movie E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial and for the Holiday. I wanted to have a version of the Chase scene at the end of the film since it always made me want to have a bike and to do something just as extreme as that moment. I had my character reduced down to the age of 10 to work for the setting moreso by matching Elliot's age. Since
's Skittles has not really been in the spotlight for so long and I have wanted to have a character of mine share the scene with him, I figured he would be perfect for the role and that contributed to having this done even more.
was a great artist to work with on this image and I am looking forward to the next time I commission her. She worked quite well with me in getting the information needed and keeping in constant contact as to make certain the image flowed the way that I wanted.

Well I can definitely say that I am glad that you've taken such a warmly welcomed embrace of the image, and I kindly thank you for it. It was my fave and "must-see" movie when I was 8, so I thought it would be a creative idea to work one of the most iconic scenes into commissioned image for my 100 Theme Image Challenge.
You'll have to ask the artist about that. I let the details of how it would be portrayed up to her.
