Chuong: Whew that was action-packed! Thanks to Foxtrot, we now have a new joke that Liwei is so rich, he literally punishes people with money!

Foxtrot: If only I could pay $5,000 NZD to Super C for that but Liwei told me not to so I can feel the weight of money because I defrauded millions from my government through their gun buyback program with 3D printed guns. Meanwhile I'm looking at small towns to move into back in New Zealand to hide away from public shame because people see me as suspicious in Wellington. I can't be too close to our central government in our capital anymore.

Rainier: At least you don't have to worry about the GSAF going after you over stupid toys. I have to live in Ottawa in a highly-secured flat for my safety. I can't live in Moncton or anywhere else in Canada because of this.

Super C: There are times where I would impose such a fine, but I'm going to agree with Liwei on this one; keep the money. *to Rainier* I'm not going to impose a fine on you either, but there's a possibility of one the next time you do something rash. I just have to bear in mind the exchange since you're Canadian, and I impose these fines in US dollars. (One American dollar equals $1.33 in Canadian money as of today.)

Rainier: I thought you only impose fines if an ally does something that breaks the law be it Cody threatening his own government or Zachary using non-approved weapons in combat such as the metal butt paddle.

Chuong: He can impose a fine for legal acts too, such as Foxtrot defrauding his own government by turning in 3D printed guns from his printer despite his government exactly encouraging him and other citizens to turn in their weapons in exchange for cash. So from now on, the following acts do qualify for a fine from Super C which includes but not limited to: trolling, pranking, creating effigies of other people for the purpose of trolling, training pugs to roll around like Neymar for laughs, using clickbait to bait people into an online prank, referencing inappropriate memes, swearing, crossdressing, overeating until your chair breaks from obesity, mocking, bringing durian when instructed not to, dancing inappropriately, playing inappropriate music in public, acting like a complete goon, hacking for personal reasons against others, playing Cards Against Humanity in public, etc. Before you act, ask yourself if Super C would be okay with it or if your family would be okay with it. The fines in question may be used to cover the private counseling sessions for the affected parallels too. So Hubert, you could've been fined for your antics to help Lieven afford his private counseling session in a private clinic st least. Just saying.

Hubert: That's not fun. But then again, Foxtrot almost got in trouble with the police in Las Vegas for using their database to erase all digital information in America that he fled New Zealand to avoid marching punishment by hiding out in America.

Chuong: It's for your safety. All this may be funny, but if the cops get involved first any reason, then it becomes a serious matter and we can't let it get to that point. That's why Super C is expanding his criteria of bad acts in our alliance that could lead to a fine. You don't have to break a law to be fined by him. And remember, just because you can do it, even legally, does not mean you should or take advantage of it.

Super C: Yes. The fines may come if you broke the G-52 Code of Conduct, and that's what Foxtrot did. That's what you did as well. Cody's already paid me his fine, and what's worse, given the financial troubles he's had, he's now broke!

Leo: He'll recover, though.

Foxtrot: Ironically, my punishment is worse than a fine. I had to march with too much money on me with a dense and heavy golden M1 Garand that is beautiful but too heavy for combat and even for marching for most people. You can thank Liwei for utilizing irony as his clever way of punishing me when he found out I defrauded my government. I made lots of money, but he punished me by giving me money. I know! I can give Cody some of my money!

David S.: No. You're using that money to move to a small town far away from Wellington as much as possible because central government and military administrators see you as a public nuisance there. You're getting a new home there and even Liwei wants to to use his money for that. Every choice has consequences and let Cody learn from his. The rest of your extra money, you can use to donate in New Zealand and help the Maori community.

Foxtrot: Then I'll just do that then whilst driving the ugly black Nissan NV200 van with the licence plate that reads "IMATROLL" on it until the end of May as punishment.
