A music request by 
BlueMario1016. The Circus of the Superstars, or COTS, based out of Wildcat City, is one of the few traditional big top circuses that still manages to pull in decent business, even in this day and age of digital technology and video games, and animal rights activist groups such as PETA (who ultimately helped contribute to the fact Ringling Bros. ultimately went out of business, alongside other factors such as declining attendance and ticket sales). Everything about the circus is traditional, from the big top setting to the acts, right on down to the marching band. The ringmaster, Rolf the Wolf, doubles as drum major that leads the marching band in parades.
The circus has its own official march it performs at each of its shows, and this is the march.
