But I was also inspired by Baki(which I finished today, woo~) to draw Nuru again. Kudos to those who remember him! But you can see where I got the Baki inspiration. Tho I always draw big muscles but Baki got it's shit together! Mmmm~

Now onto explaining this picture! While I started to think about Nuru again I decided to redo his backstory. He's still a fighter, but now he's a pit fighter. He came into the game fists swinging. His first and one of the most memorable fights to date was said to be something similar to a street fight. Usually pit fighters are well known in their field of fighting style but Nuru said "Fuck that" and used his ridiculous size to his advantage. The only fighter to stand a chance against him was Jian and it was only because he was a quick little fucker! It ended in a draw but once Nuru gets his hands on someone he won't let go until they tap out. His body is constantly riddled in scars from his reckless fighting style. And unlike other fighters he refuses to have a sponsor. He's rarely ever seen outside the ring. He's a man of few words that keep to himself. Until he meet Andrea!

Now to explain the little guy there! That's a very young Nuru. And his favorite and only toy was a doll named Dolly(can't expect kids to come up with the most unique names! lol). But sadly his childhood wasn't all that great. His father struck him or his mom whenever he got mad(which was always), and he was the one to break his bottom jaw, his mother was gone most of the time and mostly ignored him or what her husband would do to him, and the kids at school were terrible to him because he's albino. Nuru's childhood was horrible! It wasn't until middle school did the tables turn. Puberty hit him like a brick wall. The bigger he got the more scared the kids and even his own family got. He decided to leave when he was still in high school and dropped out shortly after. He worked odd jobs that anyone would give him until he heard about Abella's pit fighting ring. AND he still has Dolly. He carries her in his bag whenever he goes out. It's like his security blanket. He might look scary but he's a nervous wreck. He's quick to run away in a confrontation then to go heads on. But lucky for him his scary face and large body scares any potential assholes again!
