There are a couple nitpicks. The biggest of them is that the smoke effect only KINDA works, but it really really DOESN'T work when there's anything behind it. This is my third or fourth look at it and I only this time noticed Blitzen. I'm still not fond of Lancer, but that's probably a personal thing. And emphasizing Cupid's eyelashes makes him look, and I hope this makes sense, like he's ACTUALLY a girl. That may have just been a shading thing, but still. Also, you might need to give the big guys something to do. While the blank "duuuh" look kinda gives us insight in Donder, and maaaybe Lancer, putting one on Dasher too kinda makes it look like sloppy composition, especially since it probably doesn't fit his personality.
Basically: Everyone north of Cupid, except for Prancer: probably could use some work, and don't look threatening or interesting. Everyone south of and including Cupid: DAYUMN that's some good work.
