So uh, Bob was supposed to be doing the taxes, but when his friend went to check on him there was a hydra sitting there instead. Turns out he created a balloon toy to do the taxes for him; that sneaky guy. They really should've seen this coming, considering he's one of the lead A.I. developers for The Lab. It comes as no surprise that all the taxes have been done correctly too.
There really shouldn't BE a hydra doing the taxes, and so logically it bothers him. Should he just pop the thing and move on? But now he wonders what would happen IF he pops it. Or really, could he pop it? There's no telling what capabilities this thing has; it was created in secret. It's completely possible that it reforms indefinitely or has some other strange properties.

what can i say i just love my some hydra , so ye i didn't expect see one from you as it's rather hard thing to draw mostly because of how hard it's to connect all this necks to one spot but you did it nicely and well you make it balloon what even up to how cool it is , i really love how it trying it best to just be a good tax person it's super cute. also i really like the patern that going on there like every head have it's own kinda thing .
somehow i feel like it must be very polite nad nice creature to talk to ^^
As much as i normal just saying that is artist choice what he want do i will say that it sure wold look rather interesting teazing it about popping it but then agian wold be cool to see more stuff with it that is not popping ?

oh i'm sorry if it was sound like that , i just think it wold be cool to see the hydra little before you wold pop it , but then again i'm sure it's not that easy to get ride of after all such importand taxes balloon is not so easy to get ride off .
