I love the Egg bosses and i just imagined that Abyss had her own second in command that she relied heavily on, and it would likely be another Squid. I created Carmilla as an answer to that, she's a Vampire Squid who knows how to get things done, and while she's more formal navy and military she respects and enjoys abyss's company. He Specialty is technology, and adapting new tech to the navy and keeping Abyss informed.
