Splash and Wave

As seen at https://inkbunny.net/s/1898392-p2-#pictop this is an improved sprite of Splash and also his brother Wave. The next post I will make of these two will improve upon some of the things I forgot to draw in properly yesterday. I should note the colors I use for Wave are a bit different.
