(This is an age progression ref of Saba in the overlord universe but it works for any other setting really.)

You might not say so today but for most of her young life Saba was a bit of a runt, always having been smaller than most other elephants, but luckily for her she just turned out to be a late bloomer when she got a sudden growth spurt shortly after her 17th birthday.

between ten and sixteen was about the roughest time in her childhood when she started getting overweight and was often picked on by her mother and sisters for being so short and weak. This started to change around 16 years of age when she gained the confidence to rebel against her mother and started spending more time with her father who got her into fitness which helped her build even more confidence as she built her physical and emotional strength with the help of her father.
