Both, I think. His tail is wagging, so he's enjoying Mungo's attention on an instinctive/subconscious level - but he wasn't expecting to feel this way, so he's both embarrassed, and terrified that someone will notice ...
Mungo, on the other hand, based on his personality as shown in the strips, I'd say he's not "gay" or "bi" so much as "omnisexual" - gender and species don't matter to him at all. he'd take anybody to bed if doing so would make that person happy. Mungo wants everybody to be safe and happy and loved.

I agree, the 'tone' of HP! has changed a bit, but to me it feels like an organic evolution that refreshes the narrative style, rather than anything abrupt or shocking.
It's interesting that A&H Club seems to be getting more 'adult', too - in this case, with the language. The most recent page is a good example of this.

Personally though I am hoping that a variety of artwork featuring Mungo, Fox, Mungo and Fox, and the Wolves both SFW and NSFW appears here and in your store.
(Why don't you have pinup drawing of your characters anyway on there, judging by the shear amount of comments above this one, you probably have a viable market...)
