hey, if you learned under dan, and you learned some wing chun, then technically we are distant cousins by kung fu standards.
I learned under the bay mountain Wing tsun association up to technician 2. my sifu is Alex Wallenwein.
unfortunately, me and my teacher (who's name I won't defame) are not on good terms anymore... and the secrets I learned will die with me despite having full authorization to teach.

Always happy to see a member of the martial family come by. Whether you teach or not is your choice. No one should be forcing or telling you to do so. I'm sorry to hear of your falling out with your sifu though if I may, let me give you some advice: We only bury the dead at a grave. Any issues, problems, disagreements, etc. still remain.
me and sifu are still on good terms, he contacts me every so often still to try and get me to move out to texas and help him. me and my teacher, separate dude, got to a point where we stood on even ground and our fighting only got worse when the bad orange man came around.
neither of us are allowed to call ourselves sifu, you have to have a certain number of high ranking students for that, it's not like a skill based title. I don't like teaching, so I never aspired to take on students.
