Brother to a notorious (so he claims) thief, Otto is equally interested in his brother's larcenous tendencies. Unfortunately for the pair, Otto is neither dexterous, being as wide as he is tall, nor intelligent, often flat out revealing his brother's secret intentions to those they're trying to steal from. Despite his shortcomings and armed with his trusty pot lid and frying pan, Otto is humble and steadfast, ready to help his brother at all costs in pursuit of the shinies!
