After Leo the Patriotic Lion's parallel from Kazakhstan is discovered, the beach that is Virginia Beach experiences a wave of water spirits punishing litters in the most extreme ways possible. Sadly, this is the start of something really bad.

Chuong: Thanks to the great CNG epidemic, Macao is a fortified police state with their city walls raised and their soldiers hiding in them with machine guns ready and turrets on their walls at least. That city got hit by a surprise of CNG smugglers much to the world's surprise. No wonder why these days, we don't see many ships and planes operating. At least the underground train networks are still fully operational around the world.
Anh: Well Iceland has shut down their airports and only limit their services to diplomats and VIPs like us only at least. You'll never know when an entire nation shuts off outside access. I can tell you that Pakistan is considering shutting off outside access to keep outsiders who aren't diplomats out.
Chuong: That's bad. Me thinks Egypt is next but we'll have to ask Lisimba about this. If Egypt shuts down outside access from Israel, getting to Africa will be difficult.
Jack: I doubt things would get to that extreme. You're making it sound like Bendraqi wants to shut the world's economy down with his CNG schemes.
Chuong: Uhm... What if that's really his intent? Stop being so lax Jack! Las Vegas alone had to deal with a wave of CNG smugglers even if it wasn't on the larger scale that Macao had to deal with! Your cities could be raising their city walls up and order martial law to stop this you know just like Macao did!
Jack: Nah that's our border towns. Only the border towns and cities have to worry about that. But hey I do look forward to some missions in Macao. Would be nice if I and Jill were stationed near there. Vietnam is the closest country to it that we could be stationed at.
Chuong: Yes. But remember, things can get much worse in Macao from here with the CNG epidemic with that city being the most hard-hit on Earth.

Lisimba: I wouldn't be surprised. Bendraqi does wish to rule the world in deep tyranny, where poverty rules the day and he is in charge, enslaving us.
Lionus: Think of how Prince John and the Sheriff of Nottingham terrorized England before Robin Hood fought back, but 10,000 times worse.
Cripto: Meanwhile, we also have to deal with the GSAF, the AIRAF, the F5, and the other villains.
Leo: Not forgetting Casino Drunk Man.

I agree with this tale because I can't stand people hurting the environment when they litter. It's unfair for people that are eager to see a messed-up scene when the previous batch of tourists have made a mess of the places that we like and I am sure that the most famous parks like Yellowstone Park would attract less tourists if people continue to leave the garbage on the landscapes that are well-known.
