--Kagu is the elementary Kami of fire, one of the second primordial demon in charge of the balance of the earth and its volcanoes. A powerful entity with divine power, Kagu is a being endowed with remarkable intelligence and compassion for life and its creatures. Using his destructive power only for the good of the world, he is seen by some as the most humble deity of his time. Approachable, always carrying good advice, his inner strength lies solely in his ability to understand the world around him, he protects, watches over and brings the voice of reason. Very little is known about his mysterious origins and true intentions, and such power generates very great responsibilities that he seems to take very seriously.

Kagu looks like a huge dragon/felin/Kirin hybrid, covered with dark scales all over his chest, tail, hind legs and face, and others much lighter and stronger over the rest of his body. He has a long mane that extends from the base of his head to his tail, a wide jaw, a split tongue and he wears some jewelleries including a ring on his nose and a gold earring.
Some parts of his body such as his horns and front legs of magma color are probably the hottest parts of his body, indeed Kagu's body temperature can reach a thousand degrees Celsius and increase or decrease according to his needs. Such a high temperature would burn everything in its path, whether living or material creatures.

During his travels, he dons an armor with a reinforcement plates made of metal bathed in divine magic and able to withstand high temperatures and a long red cloth dress covering his sides. Offered by the people of the earth as a token of respect, this outfit is a symbol of his strength and their hope.

As a purifying fire carrier, his destructive power remains impressive for a creature considered peaceful, he is able to take control of many heat sources and exploit their power, cover his body with lava or use torrents of fire to submerge his enemies or create a powerful fire shield to protect himself from any external physical attack. However, it remains sensitive to magical attacks and extremely low temperatures.
