Hubert: Whew that training was intense! I feel sorry for the Indonesians though.
Chuong: Me thinks there's a lot of desperate foreigners illegally migrating to Indonesia to expose themselves to CNG in hopes of obtaining superpowers. And those seeking to be exposed to green, silver, and gold CNG would be hoping to have infinite wealth so they can gamble themselves away in Macao.
Handoko/Henry: Chuong, don't. I'm an Indonesian UN1024 and our navy have been on full alert since this whole thing happened. I could barely sleep these days! Poor Racer Rat has been up to his eyeballs with these cases!
Shi: The city of Macao doesn't take too kindly to CNG smugglers like the rest of China. Nowadays, we got smugglers showing up as far as in Guangzhou. China's Guangdong Province is under heavy surveillance these days.

Zax: Though not as bad as it is in Macao, still bad. Heck, some Christian American groups are holding the Pray for Macao campaign in response to this CNG pandemic.
Shi: Still bad when you have casino cities attracting such people.
Chuong: But Macao is a tropical casino city and Las Vegas is out in the middle of the desert so... I mean if you think Leo is worried, look at Liu the Confucian Lion. Macao generates at least seven times the revenue of Las Vegas and its a bigger city than them. Though ironically, Las Vegas is more famous since they are the first official gambling city on Earth. Macao only started off as a Portuguese colony of China before they recently entered the gambling industry and me thinks its probably at the suggestion of Portugal when they were negotiating with China before handing back the city to them as a Chinese special administrative region.
