Another relative in the long line of the Arc Blood, in that they each have the same first name (Elijah), distinguished by their middle name(s) and suffix (Junior, III, etc). Canon-wise, Bart comes after the Eli that we all know and love, and after the Arc Blood has been purged of ancient evil (etc.) characteristic silver mane is replaced by a brilliant gold. Here we have Eli's great-great-grand-nephew, still an avid practitioner of necromancy, continuing on in the noble art of providing a second chance to wayward souls in the bodies of clay and metal constructed by ancient fossils.
