Hey guys, I'm just clarifying some things since I've been so shifty on my journals. It might seem shady, but the reason I'm not disclosing the whole situation is because, as it stands...we're in a pretty big lawsuit right now. I've been spotty as I've been compiling evidence to help our case. That's really all I can say legally. Nowhere did I say I was taking a hiatus and I have no intentions of doing so.

If you asked about a piece, I'll be getting back to you today if I have not already including requested edits. Please be patient with me, as there's more on my plate than has been before in terms of work AND personal life. I also would like to take this time to say if you are set on a refund and you issue a chargeback, please tell me your FA username so I can delete your piece from the to-do list. I'm currently in a stand still on a set as someone has issued a refund, but has not gotten back to me with their FA username and has also left me down $50.. I understand that I have been slow on getting finished, but please if you're that pressed for a refund, discuss it with me before hand. My pets had to go with dinner scraps as food for this, which could have been avoided if I'd known beforehand that I needed to refund something instead of logging on to see -$50 on my paypal.
Amidst everything, we're still having a bit of financial hiccups, as the lawsuit has eaten a lot of our time including time my parents had to miss work and, obviously, some of my own.

As for actual updates on my last post, Dante's mother has since moved out. We're trying to keep an amicable relationship with her for the sake of Dante and his sister, but her actions have left a strain and it's only a matter of recovery now.
