The story behind my next album is based around two characters, Tarquin and Xia.

Tarquin is a modified-human soldier sent to this very distant planet to recover an item simply known as the "artifact" from the hands of an enemy alien force. During this mission, he and his team are assigned a guide, Xia. She is a native of the planet and, much like her species, is hyper intelligent, despite her feral appearance. Along the way, Tarquin finds himself drawn to Xia and they ultimately find peace with one another. But she is violently taken away from him, and all he is left with is the ghost of her memory.

Dark Horizon is a cinematic rock opera which releases to digital and CD October 3rd, 2019.
