Name: Jay the Riolu
Age: he ain't telling!

Short bio: Jay is a happy-go-lucky Person who became a Riolu after being experimented on.
His paws, belly, knees and armpits are super sensitive, easy targets to be tickled...which doesn't help considering that jay is a submissive Pokemon and gets captured rather easily

Likes: tickling and being a cute prisoner (long as his captor is kind XD) and good food

Dislikes: pain and being tortured (except by tickling)
