[TEST 01] Not a Number: The Innocent Lies
Test mix of The Innocent Lies.
As implied, this is just to see how well the mix that I used for the covers of This Machine and Toxic sounds. Especially since I never actually tried this new guitar tone with strings. And while I do like the "boxy" sound of this tone, I'm not sure it fits here.. still feels a little underdeveloped and may need some extra work. Granted, the guitar/vocal work isn't perfect either but again, this is all just to make sure the mix itself sounds good before properly recording it.
And hey, outside of The Resistance, it's another glimpse on the story of the album in the form of more lyrics.
SKETCH 01b has been moved to Scraps.
