Rebelia is That one character that hasn't changed that much.
She's still a salty coffee lady who keeps on hunting one small stupid child, who literally ate the battery.
What actually has changed mostly? Her element, she's no longer a magic/shadow user but a water/nature dragon with paralysis/poison abilities. A dragon based on jellyfish/sea-snakes.
What about her pet? Furfur is still a little mystery, but as you can see, it stays in it's fluffy snake'y form.
