The charm was made by a friend when I found an odd twisted spoon that turned me into a balloon to begin with, and he created it so I can change back to normal. By placing a hand onto the large jade bead in the center, it allows me to change forms, due to not having any skill whatsoever in toy magic. After use, the charm will be depleted of mana, needing an hour to recharge itself passively, but it can be charged manually as well. The charm will stop charging once it's full, but if the charm is over charged, it will automatically activate. If going from balloon to flesh form, the charm will become extremely hot to the touch, however, if going from flesh to balloon, the excess mana gets converted to air.

The form is pretty much permanent until the charm is used again, however, it can be taken off safely, and others can use it as well, though their form depends on the user.
