Something I've noticed is I've never seen Ruby have any dialogue. Is she mute?

I realized one day that I never had her speak, so it's become a running gag of sorts where she's 'mute' (no-one knows if she can't speak or just chooses not to).

pretty Little bang doesn't speak and likes to play the guitar.wolf walks in holding a guitar case and a small amplifier. Sliding to over to the cute little talented Lassie. Believe it or not I've known 2 deaf mute women in my life and the 2 had interesting personalities. i wish I could speak sign language. Probably a good thing that I carry around notepads and pens in most vehicles that I drive.

I recently learned how to play Love Will Tear Us Apart on my bass. Sad song. Especially knowing it was the last song Ian Curtis performed before he took himself.

Yeah. I just recently watched 24-Hour Party People, which is comedy-drama about Factory Records and the Joy Division/New Order time period. That song is prominently featured in the movie.

Yep. Also contrary to popular belief it wasn't his breakup with his wife that broke him. He actually saw that coming and understood. What broke him was his epilepsy got so bad that he was unable perform anymore. He actually gifted his Vox guitar to Bernard Summer via his will and Summer used it in New Order's early days.

Yup. The movie implies this by showing him having his famous seizure on stage, and then getting told they're going to tour America. Next scene, he kills himself. Even included the real event where he watched Stroszek before doing it.

I am in a minority, but I really loved New Order's transitional album Movement, and the singles from the time like Ceremony and Procession. It's among my favourite material from them. I guess it's a glimpse of what a third Joy Division album would've been like.
