Yes, absolutely what Ava said! My only real critique? I, personally, would've only repeated the refrain three times to further emphasize that point. All else is excellent otherwise!

With regards to the repetitions of the refrain, the problem I ran into was that when I tried to pare that down to three in the early writing process, I found that it wasn't enough to set up the sonical repetition I was trying to insert to function as a leitmotif. Hence, I was forced to make a choice as to which was more important: forcing the symbolism of threes to its most basic, and sacrifice the leitmotif, or leave the symbolic association a little looser, and stress the leitmotif.

Not sure of that makes any sense, and I am certainly open to suggestions.
