I very much enjoy the sketch Rooc did for me last year of Banryu dressed as Near. See: here.

This isn't my typical macro trash piece but, the more I think about it, Near is probably my favorite fictional character of all time.

I was going to make a large nerdy post here about why I like Near so much, but if I did so, it would have to include spoilers for Death Note, which I don't want to do.

If you haven't read Death Note, I HIGHLY recommend it; it is a perfect story without equal.
In my eyes, it is a masterpiece of the highest order. It's complex and thought provoking and interesting and never gets boring at any point. It's, in my view, flawless.
