Zachary/Zihao: Oh come on! I just want to get into the Halloween spirit in combat! How come Rainier is allowed to cosplay as Sam Fisher with actual military gear despite having no military experience like Sam Fisher?
Chuong: That's because you need to set an example to your people as a US Army Captain. As for Rainier, he can only do that during his missions but can't go trick or treating in such an outfit mainly because Canadian police get iffy about trick or treaters dressed up like soldiers. He may be able to do that in America depending which state he is in. I know Texas doesn't mind. Just put the real guns away and use an obvious replica in their place.
Rainier: It's hard to set an example when you're a hacker. All I can do is watch what happens next in Canada since Trudeau's blackface pictures and videos got leaked. But I don't want Gen. Proulx after me.
