And sometimes, someone might be more injured than they let on. It's hard to see the pain when that individual is so used to putting on a mask everyday... and that's when the world loses colour and detail. Everything gets fuzzy and blurry, blending into shades of grey. Nothing else really matters, and you just live on autopilot, waiting for whatever to come.
Apathy is sometimes the best mask one can put on...
Hopefully, not forever. The path to healing can be long, tumultuous and hard. But it's there...
Or so my therapist tells me. >_>
(If I'm honest, I kind of lost hope some time ago. But I'm still humouring her.)

Ok.... Having come back to this image after many months - and after some of the most recent pages of Forest Tails were that douche of a Fisher made mention of an injury Tobur suffered - I think I npw understand what is ailing the todd fox..... He's partially blind in his left eye.
How so? Note the foliage and trees to Tobur's right side. You can see them pretty clearly and they are pin sharp, even the trees in the background. Now check out the grass and the background trees to Tobur's left side. Spot the difference? Though they can be seen, they have a fuzzy, almosty static-like quality to them, and the trees are merely suggested by their overall shape and no real details can be seen of them.
Very well done with the cryptic imagery iPoke! It took me months to figure out what the title of this picture meant, but now I get it. :)
ORRR.... It could be to do with damaged hearing.....
