Sgt. Sargistus Penustus Vagenstus is an Economicaly, Low-Class, and Militarilly, High Class General of The Shadowchu Military. He lives in a Rent controlled appartment, with his one Son, who is a Sableye/Lugia Hybrid, who is about 6 feet taller than his father, and about -200 IQ than his father.
Anyway. Spe is very Dominant, though being short, he's very threatening, and TRUTHFULY a threat.
Why?
Because 1. he has a combat Shotgun with him at all times.
2. He Knows how to use them Claws.
3. He has about one Million Shadowchu Recuits on his side. even if half of them aren't really ready for combat.
4. His son's a Fucking Brute. and can shoot a Mean AeroBlast.... Don't underestimate the Dopes.
Personal Life:
Spe can play a mean game of Chess. Which is kinda not suprising, he's a General.
Spe's favorite show is Speed Racer. He owns an entire collection of every single Speed Racer thing ever made. He even Learned Japanese so he can understand the original manga, and show.
His wife is in New york, making money of her own, they're not divorced though, they still love each other. Just, his wife is in new york, makin money.
Spe is a Sadist, and Masochist. This creeps the oposing force out. A Lot. For when his arm is Amputated, he laughs and says "Gimmie some MORE..." while probably pawing off in his mind.
