I so wish it was October so I could do some "alternate universe" Halloween themed stories. Complete with vampires, werewolves, and really creepy things hiding in the shadows. As it is, my characters exist in a world where such things don't exist (except the shadow hiding thing, but those are just rapists). I do love the idea of them being vampires, and I wish I were able to explore that more, but I feel compelled to save that sort of thing for October. But that's so far away.
