This is Salem Lily Evans, age six.

Salem is a rambunctious and energetic puppy, and she has gone through many pairs of shorts and t-shirts running through the woods next to her daddy's property and tearing them against rocks, tree branches, and the occasional old rusted car found in the woods (the VW Beetle hulk she found upside down by a stream is her favorite!). The divorce happened only six months after she was born, so Salem doesn't really have too much emotional baggage from it, though she does ask Timothy why her mommy doesn't visit. By virtue of growing up without a mother and being raised by a boy and his father, Salem is a bit of a tomboy who likes to run around outside and play in the dirt rather than inside with the tea set her grandmother gave her for Christmas. She also has an interest in the military. Mainly the uniforms, which she adores. One of her most prized posessions is a genuine Russian military cap given to her by one of Timothy's friends from Russia, which she loves because of the pretty red star in the middle. But that's not to say she doesn't like girly things, such as cute iron-on patches and the dollhouse her daddy made her. But like Alex, Salem has to deal with a bedwetting issue, and like her older brother she is diapered every night for bedtime as well as for car rides. She also tends to forget to potty before car rides or playtime, and though she knows enough to just go in the woods, there's no bathroom in their minivan and it can be some time before a pit stop is made, so she wears diapers just in case. Because she looks up to her older brother, she also wants to wear diapers when he does outside of bedtime and car rides. Her daddy doesn't let her use her own diapers for this because diapers can get expensive, but Alex will get her a pack of them when she just has to wear one.
