Ahh, they look so cute! I love the way their hair fits into this. I'm curious though: how might hair work for people wearing pokemon suits that already have a "hair style" to them, such as pyroar, luxray, or cinderace?

 Taranth, feel free to chime in as well if you have thoughts on that.

For the most part, the crests would mostly blend with the existing hair whenever possible, I think. If we went with, say, Cinderace and original user had long hair, they'd probably end up with something like the Cinderace flare up at the front, then longer hair in their natural colour around the sides and back. Going for something like Pyroar, though, there's just way too much there for any original hair to show through...

Honestly let's just say it's going to be case by case, in accordance with whatever looks good. At this point, almost all of the luchamon are first evolutionary level pokemon (disregarding baby forms) which generally don't have too much in the way of elaborate crests - the obvious exception being the final boss 'mons, but those are special cases, as you might have guessed...

Ah, so they are all first forms then? I suppose that makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up. Now, that makes me wonder if they are capable of evolution at this point, but considering how they have yet to show any semblance of shocking things or setting things on fire, I doubt it. And still, I can't help but also wonder if their tournament was not the only one of its kind, and there may be the occasional second form, but again, the latter half of that may be doubtful given the details you shared.
