From what I've heard Lauren Faust, show creator, said "No." but that was before she left the show and its really now up to Hasbro and the show creators but naturally they wouldn't ever say officially yes or no. From the last episode though it does look completely possible, Twilight is all Alicorn, the others have clearly aged, life moves on. Maybe they got reincarnation in their world and Twilight will just have to wait a couple centuries to see new versions of them again. *small shrug*
