Presenting the result of another moment of random horny stupidity played out on my Twitter account.
While out walking through some parkland on Monday, I happened to spot a Canada goose balancing on one leg while peering down rather intently at the ground. The kind of scene that normal human beings would, at most, find the source of a modicum of amusement before carrying on with their day.
Me? No. Within 10 seconds my brain was imagining the kind of filth that I have polluted the internet with ad nauseam these past 12 or so years, and I consequently became ever so slightly horny in a very public place. Cue some immediate boring thoughts to prevent any further awkwardness...
The filth in question? Obviously, I was imagining said goose had stepped on some shrunken soul and was watching closely while putting all his weight on them. Y'know, because who wouldn't think that.
As with the last time I had a stupid random squashy thought while out and about (namely the 'Snail Stomp' concept I uploaded last month), I was subsequently inspired to do some quick sketching of the image the encounter had put in my head using the newfound combination of my index finger and a sketching app on my phone. Having whiled away a couple of hours on said endeavour, here is the product.
Although drawing with my finger on a small screen remains rather challenging, I again found this a rather fun, stress-free way to indulge in some artistic absurdity, compared with the usual obsessive deskbound Groundhog Day that is my 'proper' artwork. I will likely end up creating a new section in my FA gallery for such casual doodles, but for the time being this can sit on my main gallery until I move it into Scraps at some point.
I do have more 'proper' artwork on the go but at present my attempts at it are generally being limited to a few hours at weekends due to some really hectic recent times in my job and other personal commitments/activities. I am, however, quite determined to get something more polished uploaded here before the end of 2019.
In the meantime, as these days I'm often in the bad habit of going weeks on end without actually going through my messages on FA, anyone who wants to contact me on a more casual basis or just keep up to date with my random musings (such as the scenario which led to this picture) is welcome to follow me on Twitter. Rest assured though, I will always keep logging in here and posting art...
...y'know, on the off-chance I actually have some.
