Hey Ulf, I've been wondering about something.
I know that this is gonna sound like a bizarre question, but its been on my mind of late:
What does Emily sound like? Her voice, I mean. I can easily imagine her sounding like the stereotypical "Valley Girl", what with being a cheerleader and all. But I like to think that she has a slight southern accent (West Virginia maybe?) that she tires hard to conceal from her friends (she is, after all, trying hard to maintain an image of "Coolness"!).
Bathany on the other hand...
I envision her as having a sort of gruff but feminine voice with a slight gravelly, raspy undertone. Think Lizzie Hale with a sore throat.
Something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJniyYJuYXl
Especially near the end!

Sorry about that!
The link seems to be broken. It was supposed to take you to a YouTube video of Halestorm performing their song "Better Sorry Than Safe".
At YouTube, search for: Better Sorry Than Safe-Halestorm Live In Philadelphia (#13). It's the one that's 4:14 long.

I think I understand. You mean Emily has a kind of not-too-pronounced Valley Girl way of speaking ("Gag me with a spoon!", "Fer sure!", "Totally!").
Bathany would, I think, realistically have at least a little bit of a raspy-sounding voice. I definitely get the feeling that she yells and screams a lot. In the video, when Lizzy's voice raises near the end, it gets a bit gravelly/raspy. I think Bathany's voice is like that at all times; even when she's not yelling.
Also, as far a music goes, I don't think Emily has a preference. She probably just listens to whatever her friends think is cool.
Bathany, I think, is into hardcore Thrash/Death Metal. Something on the order of "Slayer", "Infant Annihilator", or even "Cannibal Corpse".
Personally, my musical preference leans towards Classical & Power Metal! The complex musical arrangements of "Sonata Arctica", the epic guitar solos of "Dragon Force", and the heavy operatic vocals of "Nightwish".

Yeah, I know what you mean.
I went through many "musical phases" growing up. I started in Elementary School with Oldies (50's, 60's, & 70's), then Classic Rock (60's & 70's), then in Middle School I started to like the music of the 80's just as the 90's began (and just as it was becoming uncool!), then in High School I started listening to Metal & Hard Rock (Metallica, Queensryche, Ozzy, etc.), then some Country (to this day I still think Shania Twain's "The Woman In Me" is a great album), then in my 20's I started liking Classical (like one YouTube commenter said: "Bach was Metal before Metal was a thing!"), now I'm currently into Power Metal. What a musical Odyssey it's been!
Though I never did get into the whole Black Metal/Death Metal thing. Just not my scene.

I know that this is super late, but OMG I love this comic and this page so much! I really love Emily's and Mark's past relationship with Mark wanting to be Emily's boyfriend.... but Mark was shy and Emily hanging out with the jocks (probably made fun of Mark in the past) and their chemistry in this page!!
I really love the super close shots of Emily's cute big padded butt, the style and color of Emily's diaper, how the changing is so high that Mark is pushing Emily's butt up so she can go on the changing table, and Emily's nervous and embarrassed facial expression and body language of Mark pushing Emily's butt up the changing table is too adorable, funny, and priceless see Emily's reaction of Mark pushing and helping her up so she can get her diaper change!! And yay!! First diaper change for Emily!
I definitely have an uncanny feeling that Emily and Mark will definitely be girlfriend and boyfriend in the future...... or at least that I want to happen, lol..... but either way do this your way! You are a really talented artist and you always show me why you are a really talented artist and why "Emily" is one of my FAVORITE babyfur comic ever! I always look forward to your new pages!!! Have a Happy New Years, Ulf!!! :)
