I doodled this a little while ago, trying to coax my brain into wanting to work on art. I think I finished it in spite of my inability to focus, which is a shame because I want to work on constructive art, damnit D:

This is a toony doodle of El Chupacabra, or the Mexican goat-sucker. I had a strong urge to draw some cryptids, most likely because I've been binging on X-Files episodes. I've been watching a few episodes a day, every day, since the beginning of the year and I'm only on Season 7 so far D: But I loves this show, I do.
Now, the X-Files version of the Chupacabra looks absolutely nothing like this but I wanted to draw something more toony and less like deformed humans. So I envisioned this little guy, who in my brain is a runty Chupacabra who can't do anything right. If I have a lot of doodles in mind for this guy based around the follies of being a creature that doesn't officially exist. I reckon I will never get around to sketching those though.

Anyway, just a doodle and a way to practice coloring and inking in SAI.
