Wanda, a psycho-yet-friendly brown hyena (note, yours and a hyena's definitions of "friendly" may not match). Runs a little greengrocers which stands its ground against encroaching supermarkets not only by having best quality organic produce (including absolutely finest meat-replacement mushrooms for carnivores), but also thanks to the talkative, chatty owner, turning the place into a gossip hub for entire area.

Reference sheets are awfully redundant in 3D - after all, I have the model with all its looks firmly set, why would I need a ref?...
Or so I thought. But being only marginally more socially active, both here on the mainsite and on the forums, in the last half year I missed at least 5 occasions for raffles/lotteries/free character features/other free art... just because I did not have any usable ref sheets!
Now I set out to fix it. Gradually, as my art time is limited again. So, Wanda goes first.

This was inspired by actual photos. Brown hyenas usually have significantly brighter mane on the back of the neck, possibly partially on the head:
